  • Development of software serving as a centralized repository for information management.
  • Automating manual tasks e.g., creation of training resources, schedules, and collaboration .

  • Understood and mapped the organizational process by locking it through the Software Requirement Specification Document (SRS) which covered the Architecture design, database design, mockups, functional and non-functional requirements, and business rules.
  • Developed test cases and test plans to guarantee seamless Quality Assurance.
  • Migrated legacy application data (cleaning and removing anomalies) to newly developed BSS Application. The legacy data is being used for reporting purposes.

    11. Trainee employment mechanism and its related integration.
    12. Integration of BSS Application Purchase order, AP invoice and calculations with SAP system.
    13. Customized reporting and dashboards for management purposes by using the Tableau Business Intelligence tool.
    14. Advance search through keywords.
    15. GIS dashboard to visualize the geo-location of classes on an interactive map.
    16. Emails and Push notifications.
  • Conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with relevant business departments.
  • Successfully went Live and deployed BSS Application.
